Billing and refunds

Current availability

Public paid checkout, subscriptions and purchases of extra AI credits are not currently available in Shely. The public client starts on Free. Paid plan prices and features describe planned offerings. Choosing a plan preview stores a local preference; it does not take a payment or activate a paid subscription. A separately assigned account entitlement is not proof of a payment.

Before paid services launch

Any future purchase flow must explain the total price, currency, applicable taxes, billing interval, included allowance, any renewal, cancellation method and refund terms before you agree. Team purchases must explain the seat count, any minimum and pooled allowances. We will not treat viewing a price or using a plan preview as agreement to pay.

Monthly included credits and a separately purchased balance are different. Planned pack descriptions are not a promise that packs can be purchased today. The number of AI replies a credit balance can fund depends on the model and request. Purchase and expiry terms must be shown when purchases become available.

Unexpected charges or purchase problems

If you believe you were charged for Shely, contact [email protected] with the purchase date, merchant shown and receipt or transaction reference. Redact card and bank details. Never send a full card number, security code or account password. We will investigate the reported charge and identify the applicable purchase channel.

This page does not impose a blanket no-refund rule, a made-up refund deadline or a processing fee. Mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable withdrawal or refund rights, remain available. A future purchase policy cannot remove rights that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

App stores and cancellation

No App Store purchase flow is promised by this page. If you purchase through an app store in a future release, that store's payment and refund process applies alongside your mandatory rights. For an Apple-billed purchase, Apple's official pages explain subscription cancellation and refund requests. Linking these pages does not mean Shely currently sells subscriptions through Apple.

Deleting a Shely account or uninstalling an app does not itself cancel a subscription managed by an external store. Where a subscription exists, use the purchase channel's cancellation controls as well as any account deletion request. See the privacy policy for deletion and the terms for service use.
